Kelly Pagendarm is a seasoned stylist with 14 years experience behind the chair and 30 years in the industry. She joined the team at la rouge in 2022 as their new leader adding fun features and having blast. Her goals as a stylist and salon owner are pretty similar, community and people 1st. While in her chair you can expect fun and upbeat conversation, spot on hair, and an overall feeling of being welcome. As a stylist at the salon you can expect a consistent environment of change and evolution. She is always thinking about and striving to improve the space, your business and your experience. Jennifer Thomas
Stylist
Jen is an extremely talented stylist with 32 years of experience- her specialty is an organic experience of cut and color with the added bonus of a stunning blow out. She is Vidal Sassoon trained focused on cuts that grow out seamlessly.
A few fun and interesting facts about Jen- she loves karaoke, has a side hustle of energy/clairvoyant readings and has the kindest soul.

Shelley Knauer
Stylist
Every team has a heartbeat and Shelley is ours- her kindness and soul goes into everything she does. Your time in her chair will include all the things and you will walk out feeling transformed. With more than 15 years of experience and passion she has managed to create an unparalleled experience. Shelley is a highly skilled cut and colorist-she can basically do anything.
As a dedicated artist she carries and offers Unite products to compliment and manage your hair at home.

Big love- big energy- and a complete joy is how we all describe our sweet Chrissie. She is fiercely talented behind the chair and positively hilarious every other moment. She’s the girl that feeds us, spoils us, and makes us laugh all day long. With more than 30 years of experience Chrissie offers a level of talent and experience that is hard to match. She is a true full service stylist offering color, cuts, perms, and styling …. Although she is only with us one day per week, it’s definitely our favorite day.

Megan is a talented and creative full service stylist with a heart of gold. She literally brings joy when she arrives and we all love her energy. Savhana is the newest member of the la rouge team. She is a new stylist with great energy and the sweetest personality. She’s chosen to kick off her career at la rouge and we could not be more thrilled to have her. Savhana has a solid education base, is currently honing her craft and crushing it. She is happy to accept appointments for cuts - blowouts and single process colors. She is awesome with small children and happy to take them as clients.
